Want to make the most of your storage space? Stand furniture on its end, stack boxes like a pro (heavy ones at the bottom, of course), and create a setup even Tetris would be proud of. More room, less hassle – easy!
You can store with us for as long as you need—no time limits here! When you're ready to move out, just give us two weeks’ notice (after the initial term if you’ve taken advantage of a special offer). Simple, flexible, and hassle-free!
If we’ve got the space, you can move in the very same day you enquire. Quick, easy, and no waiting around – just storage when you need it!
We take security seriously – your stuff is safe with us! Our facilities are protected with 24/7 CCTV, keypad-controlled security gates, and strictly monitored access. Plus, only you have the key to your unit or container, locked with your own padlock. Safe, secure, and stress-free!
Yes, insurance is required, with a minimum cover of £1,000. If you have your own policy, just provide a copy showing our address as the storage location before moving in.
It’s essential to make sure your items are properly insured – if they’re undervalued, any claim for loss may only cover a percentage of their actual worth. Better safe than sorry!
The price you’re quoted includes everything you need to keep your unit secure – a heavy-duty padlock, a key, and an electric gate fob (if you're storing at our Sharp Road, Poole, site).
No hidden extras, just peace of mind!
You must not store (or allow any other person to store) any of the following in the unit:
(a) food or perishable goods unless securely packed so they are protected from and do not attract vermin;
(b) any living creatures;
(c) combustible or flammable substances such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or compressed gases;
(d) firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition;
(e) chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents; toxic waste, asbestos or other potentially hazardous substances;
(f) any item that emits fumes, or odours;
(g) any illegal item or substances or goods illegally obtained such as illicit (counterfeit/smuggled) tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe goods (such as toys, electrical goods, medicines, aerosols, cosmetics, fireworks);
(h) goods which are environmentally harmful or that are a risk to the property of any person;
(i) items which are irreplaceable, which may include, currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value.
